Description of Event: Beginning with a red carpet walk, this two ½ hour awards ceremony will honour the best and brightest in the Canadian and International industries in Oscar-like style. Hosted by Seth MacFarlane the evening will focus on the humour, art and incredible talent of the nominees.
Ticket price: $250 (special student rate on limited number of tickets $100)

Description of Event: Elan Award Winners & VIPs let loose, celebrate and mingle during a fun-filled night with entertainment

The Industry Networking Event (CIV)
Hosted by Ernst & Young

Time: 11:00 am to 3pm
Description of Event: Networking event on Saturday, February 16th with Seth MacFarlane and CEO’s from some of the world’s leading Video Game and Animation Studios as well as representatives from the Film industry. Student Elan Nominees as well as the Winners will be invited to be a part of this illustrious gathering. There will be one-on-one meetings, demonstrations of the previous night’s winning games and television shows and round table forum with Headline Topic “State of the Industry” discussing issues such as recruitment, financing, new technologies and the convergence of film, animation and video games.
Ticket Price $150 or $50 with Purchase of Awards Show and After Party tickets ($350 for Awards Show, After Party and CIV)
Tickets can be purchased by check or credit card. If purchasing by check please indicate the number of tickets you are purchasing, level of tickets, your name and contact information along with your check. Please indicate if you would prefer to have the tickets mailed and if so a mailing address must be provided or if you would like to pick up your tickets at will call at the Centre any time between 11am and 4pm Thursday Feb 14th or 11am to 4pm Friday Feb 15th. All purchases made by cheque must be received no later than Wednesday, February 13th 2008. Cheques should be made payable to CAEAA and addressed to:
